‘Spartan Workouts’ – James Haskell Hell Workout

I love a good circuit session so came up with this one to really test you guys and girls. It’s great if you want to burn fat and get a full body work out. It will also help you tone up and shred. I wouldn’t do it before any form of competition or potential match as you maybe quite sore from it! Its also something different to test you out if you like that competitive edge.

The app is real easy to use so make sure you download it for other sessions.

The Haskell Hell session is as follows.

100 bodyweight squats
80 crunches
60 press ups
40 box jumps
30 v-sits
20 pull ups
10 burpees

You complete each part before you move on with no rest. It took me 20mins in total.
