Follow this diet plan:
Wake up :- 1 glass warm water with lime ( if possible go for cardio 15 minutes)
Breakfast :- 2eggs white vegetable omelette
* 4 almonds.
* 1cup tea & 4 Marie lite biscuits
Proteins : 13.5
Fats :-12
Carbs :- 27
Fib :- 2
Mrng snacks :- 1 orange
Lunch :- 200gms chicken breast boiled.
* 1katori salad
* 1 bowl plain curd
Prot:- 66
Fats:- 13
Carbs :- 7
Fib:- 1
Preworkout :- 1cup black coffee
Workout :- carry on with BCAA
Post workout :- 1 scoop whey protein
Dinner :- 6 egg whites bhurjee or omelette
* 1bowl sprouts salad
Proteins :-47
Fats:-1.5
Carbs :-10
Fib:- 1.5
Overall calculation
Proteins :- 128grams
Fats :- 27grams
Carbs :- 59grams
Fibres:- 6 grams
