Hello ladies, this is the summary of the study that i have done on periods and exercising and aap definitely exercise kar sakte ho!
It can help you reduce the weight also but aapki body me energy hogi tab as hum Indians generally pure vegetarian hota hain aur usme bhi nakhre hote hai! (that’s true,right?) hum zyadatar oily, tez mirch ya fir fast food prefer karte hain jiski wajah se essential body need puri nahi ho paati h!
My suggestion for you ladies is pls if you are looking for a better healthy life then start eating foods,fruits,green veggies, and if possible then eggs too!
Now, jo non-veg khaati hain wo apni diet ko strong banayen by eating eggs, chicken breast, fish, etc but iska matlab ye nahi ki aapko green vegetables ki requirement nahi hai aapko green veggies bhi khaane hain because ek hi cheez khaate rehne se body bahut jald adapt karleti hai!(we can’t cheat with human body)
