SABUDANA KHICHDI
Ingredients:
1 cup sabudana, washed and drained
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
¾ cup boiled and peeled potatoes, cubed
Rock salt to taste
½ cup roasted peanuts, coarsely powdered
2 tsp green chilies, finely chopped
5 to 6 curry leaves
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
HARIYALI SABUDANA KHICHDI
Ingredients:
1 cup sabudana, washed and drained
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
¾ cup boiled and peeled potatoes, cubed
Rock salt to taste
½ cup roasted peanuts, coarsely powdered
2 tsp green chilies, finely chopped
5 to 6 curry leaves
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
For the Hariyali paste:
1 cup coriander
2-3 green chillies
1” ginger
SABUDANA VADA
Ingredients:
1 cup sabudana, washed and soaked
¾ cup potatoes, boiled and mashed
½ cup peanuts
2 tsp green chili, finely chopped
½ tsp jeera
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp coriander, finely chopped
Rock salt to taste
Oil for frying
