You all might have set a fitness goal for 2020, so rather than just taking the yearly gym subscription and just go for 1 month; and end up not fulfilling your resolution, it is time we don’t waste our money in the gym and rather go for which is easily achievable, persistent and fulfill our resolution.For me fitness is about enjoying it and loveeeeeeee running and yoga. It is something that swear by and continue doing even in this chilling winter. I have run marathons in Ahmedabad and Pune, and even won: D. So, today I will be sharing with you all running tips for beginners and running tips in general. Also tips which will help you run marathons; in this video, I have also spoken about how running improves mental health, why running is good for you, will running help you lose weight and how can you be motivated for running.Talking about Yoga; yoga is something which I consciously took up for calming and relaxing also helping me in subsiding my anxiety.
