This is a vegetarian diet plan which if followed along with workout then you will lose 5kgs in a month without starving yourself.
Rujuta Diwekar Indian Vegetarian Diet Plan:
Morning:
soaked almonds/soaked raisens/ raw fruit
Breakfas(350 calories)t:
1 chilla/upma /dosa/paratha/poha/uttapam/idli + 1 tabelspoon ghee
along with chai/coffee
Post Workout:

Lunch(350-400calories)
1 roti + bowl of dal + green sabzi+ buttermilk
Evening(200 calories)
