*Repost! FITNESS | My Favorite Post Baby Ab Workouts

Okay you guys I am reposting this and going to clarify a few things!! I did start out with a lot of separation and seriously couldn’t do a single sit up so when I first started working out it was mostly just the first work out on here. That was for the first month. As it got better we incorporated more plank exercises and added more twisting once my abdomen was ready. It is always best to consult a doctor or trainer before working your abs if you have separation. I am not a professional but I just wanted to share what I personally do. What I do may not work for someone else who had a baby. 🙂 Apologies for being misleading or making that confusing when I first posted.

Anyways – these are the ab work outs I do each week currently. I switch up how many reps I do of each! Sometimes I go in knowing I want to do 300 total reps and will pick 5 exercises and do however many reps of each to get to 300 total.
