Hi guys, I’m back with another video on some of my most favorite breaks recipes! As I stated in the video, I absolutely love breakfast so I definitely have lots of different meals when it comes to eating in the morning! Ive listed all of the ingredients and instructions below! Y’all enjoy 🙂

Banana Toast Ingredients
– 2 english muffins
– 1/2 banana
– 1 Tbsp peanut butter
– 2 Tbsp chia seeds (1 Tbsp for each piece of toast)
– Drizzle of honey
Instructions
– Place both pieces of toast into the toaster. While the toast is in the toaster, cut the banana into 8 even slices, with 4 slices going on each piece of toast. Once the toast in finished, spread the peanut butter evenly on each piece and add banana slices. Lastly, sprinkle with chia seeds and drizzle with honey.
Avocado Toast Ingredients
– 1 Avocado
– 2 pieces of whole grain toast
– 1 Tbsp olive oil
– 1 tea spoon of red pepper flakes
– Honey
Instructions
– Place both pieces of toast into the toaster. While that is cooking, peel and pit the avocado and place into a bowl. After this is done, smash the avocado into a chunky mixture and then add the olive oil and pepper flakes. Finally, spread the mixture on the toast and drizzle with honey.
Smoothie Bowl Ingredients
– 1 banana
– 1/2 scoop of protein mix (OPTIONAL)
– 1 cup of spinach
– 1 cup of almond milk
– 1 Tbsp of peanut butter
Toppings
– 1/2 banana
– 4 sliced strawberries
– 1/2 cup of blackberries
– 1/2 cup of coconut flakes
– 2 Tbsp of Chia seeds
Instructions
– Place all of the smoothie bowl ingredients into a blender and blend for 30 seconds. While this is blending, slice strawberries or any other optional fruit you’ve added. Finally, place smoothie into a bowl and top it off with your toppings.
