Quick, Easy, & Healthy Tacos! | Chicken & Shrimp

So fresh, healthy, delicious (I’m drooling lol) and easy! Be sure to tag me in your photos if you try this recipe out!

I should have filmed a little follow up but totally forgot. Regarding the chickpea tortillas, they are definitely a tasty alternative if you are gluten free or just prefer flour alternatives but my stomach did not digest them well at all. My body actually processes the regular flour tortillas we usually use a lot better. Just wanted to mention that so you guys know healthy is different for everyone- listen to your body!

Guac and Pico Recipe Here!:

Chicken Taco Seasoning:
6 chicken thighs baked at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes
1 1/2 tablespoons of salt
1 1/2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1/2 tablespoon paprika

Shrimp Seafood Seasoning:
%2Caps%2C163&sr=8-1&tag=cristinacapro-20

1 lb of shrimp
1 tablespoon of seafood seasoning

1 tablespoon of olive oil to cover the pan to fry the shrimp
