Thank you for being patient with me. I’ve had a lot going on the past few weeks and have gotten a little behind on uploading.
In this video:
1. A shrimp pasta recipe

Shrimp Pasta Ingredients
-1 clove garlic
-50g chopped red onion
-125-150g grape tomatoes
-125g fresh shrimp
-1 tbsp each fresh chopped basil and parsley
-1/2 cup pasta sauce
-30g low fat cheese
-6g shredded parmesan
-60g pasta (dry)
