Welcome to prenatal workout #2 in my pregnancy workout guide. This workout is also safe for beginners at the to do home! This workout is not an easy one. If you haven’t been challenging yourself with hard workouts prior to getting pregnant, you probably should not start with this workout! Pregnancy exercise is so beneficial for mom and baby. This first trimester workout assumes you are not dying of morning sickness. It is advanced as I mentioned so take plenty of breaks when you need them. Check out my other prenatal workouts here –
