Perfect Scrambled Egg with Prawns | മുട്ട ചെമ്മീൻ ഉലർത്തിയത്

Scrambled Egg with Cooked Prawns..! It’s my way to cook a perfect egg scrambling

Only 15 min is enough for this delicious recipe, you can have this dish for lunch or even breakfast with roti/Chappathi/bread.

 INGREDIENTS: (for one serving)

100 gm (1/2 cup) of Cooked Prawns, coarsely chopped.
For marinating the Prawns –
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Red Chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

1 tsp Black Pepper powder
1 Green Chilli, chopped
1 Medium chopped red onion
1 Medium Chopped tomato
1 tbsp. Oil/Butter
Coriander leaves

 Directions:
1 Peel and clean the prawns. Do this with salt and turmeric powder to prevent smell, and boil them without adding any water to make them dry
• Melt some oil in a saucepan on medium heat, and cook the prawns with turmeric powder, red chilli powder until the prawns are cooked.
Add salt and pepper to taste.

2 Add oil to a cooking pan. Once the oil is heated, add the chopped onions, green chili chopped,
After the onions are sautéed and turned into light brown shade, add two spoons of ginger garlic (Optional) paste and sauté it.
3 Add the half cooked prawns into the cooking pan. Allow the prawns to cook for 5 mins with a lid on it.
4 beat the eggs into the cooking pan.
5 Gently stir the Egg with the ingredients. Taste and add more salt and pepper if needed.
6 Add Coriander leaves to it and switch off the stove.
Done!

DELICIOUS AND HEALTHY EGG SCRAMBLWITH PRAWNS IS READY TO EAT..!
