Paneer Cheese Grill Sandwich!

⚠️Here’s what you need:✔️

500gms paneer cut into small bits
2 tbsp oil
1tsp cumin seeds
1 small chopped onion
3 pods of garlic cut into bits
1 tomato
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tbsp Kasturi methi
1 small capsicum ( 1/2 green half red )
1 tsp butter
1 slice cheese
Carrots and onions (optional)
2 slices bread (XL)

? Grill for 5 minutes
? You can also use a pan, heat till golden brown

Macros per serving (1 Sandwich)✔️
TOTAL – 563 CAL
Protein – 20g
Fats – 26g
Carbs – 64g
