One meal a day food plan was born by many people asking the question, what do I eat on OMAD? I stress the importance of eating a healthy diet while following one meal a day. If you do not eat a healthy diet while following OMAD you will likely create nutritional deficits.

The bulk of the food you eat should be high fiber vegetables, followed by healthy fats, proteins, carbs and last but not least, low glycemic fruits like berries, granny smith apples and grapefruit.

One meal a day intermittent fasting offers a ton of great benefits, the key is that you do it right. I have had many people follow my OMAD diet meal plan with great success and I believe you will have success too.
