NIGHT SHIFT || FITNESS COMPETITION PREP || VLOG 06

In this video of my first fitness competition prep, I share my challenge of continuing competition preparation while working night shift in my corporate job.

I explain how I had structured my training and nutrition around doing seven consecutive nights of night shift.

During my night shift week, I also had a one-on-one private posing class with a competition posing coach.
