Exercise 1: Lying Hamstring Curl: 4 sets (15 – w/p, 12, 10, 8)
Exercise 2: Sumo Deadlift: 3 sets (12, 10, 8)
Exercise 3: Stiff-Legged Deadlift: 3 sets (12, 10, 8)
Exercise 4: Single Leg Hip Extensor: 3 sets (12, 12, 10)
Exercise 5: Seated Leg Curl: 3 sets (15,15, 12 – Dropset)
