Hello everyone,
Welcome to my YouTube Channel – “My Healthy Weight Loss Recipes”.
I have created this channel to post few videos every week of the recipes which have worked for me to lose my weight in my weight loss journey. I have lost 40 kgs so far from being 99Kgs to 59kgs within 2 Years (Started on June 17 2018) without going to the gym and without any weight loss medication / supplements. My height is 5’2’’ feet (Female) and I was extremely obese for my age (Born in 1992). I have opted for One meal a day (OMAD) diet for 3+3 Months and Intermittent fasting for 3 +3 months (Alternatively 3 months OMAD and next 3 months Intermittent Fasting) eating the meals which are healthy and useful for weight loss. But I do consume fresh fruits and raw vegetables whenever I feel hungry. Now I am trying to maintain my weight and reach my ideal weight which is 50 kgs.
Hours of Sleep = 7-8 hrs.
Exercise = Only Yoga every morning and late evening for at least 30 min -1 hour
(Yoga specifically Surya Namaskar , Kapalbhati , Dhanurasana , Bhujangasana , Baddha Konasana, Malasana ).
Foods specifically avoided –
• NO White Rice (I have used either Brown Rice or Red Rice only once every month).
• NO All-Purpose Flour ( I have used 100% Whole Wheat Flour , Jowar Flour , Oats Flour ,Makka/Maize Flour, Rajgira /Amaranth Flour, Bajra Flour, Raji Flour and Chickpea / Besan Flour ).
• NO Eating outside foods from street vendor, tiffin centre, canteen and restaurants.
• NO Beverage’s /Soft drinks.
• NO Salt (I have used only Pink Himalayan Rock Salt).
• NO Sugar (I only use Jaggery and Honey as sweetener).
• NO Oil (I only use Soy bean Oil, Coconut Oil and Olive Oil).
Foods specifically eaten on everyday basis-
• 2 Glasses of warm water with 1 tbsp Aloevera Juice + ½ tsp Arjun Amla Juice.
• 8-12 Glasses of water per day.
• I do eat fresh seasonal Fruits and Nuts (2 Almond, 2 Apricot) every day.
• Coconut water every day or every alternative day.
• I have eaten foods which are Completely Organic.
• Chicken, Eggs, Tofu, Paneer, Fish (Once or twice every week) and; fresh Fruits &Vegetables every day.
• Beans, Chickpeas, Lentils, Dals , Pulses and Peas.
• Recipes made with Oats, Quinoa, Ragi, Maize, Jowar, Amarath, Flax Seeds, Chia seeds, Sesame Seeds etc.
