I just need to say that this is my personal story!!! Please do not leave any hate! you will be deleted! Everyone has different experiences and up bringings and backgrounds. I loved myself through the process and loved my ‘before’ body. I want YOU ladies to know you do not have to hate yourself. You do not have to hate the body you are in. Through consistency in diet and exercise you can work toward your goal. You can get to a place you feel comfortable. You can make SUSTAINABLE lifestyle habits to better yourself. You can live a HAPPY and HEALTHY lifestyle. You CAN love yourself through all the stages our bodies go through.
This is my physical side of the transformation. I did not go super in depth about mental changes. There are some very personal stories I would need to share that I do not feel comfortable enough to open up about. Please know I love you and I’m here for you if you have any questions!
