MY FAVORITE DINNER RECIPES IN COLLEGE | WHAT I EAT TO LOSE WEIGHT

MEXICAN BOWL INGREDIENTS:
– Lettuce
– Carrot straws
– Hard boiled egg
– Steak (optional)
– ¼ cup Brown rice (add cilantro)
– Feta cheese
– Lime
– ¼ cup Organic black beans
– Salsa
– ¼ avocado
GRAIN BOWL INGREDIENTS:
– Lettuce as the base
– Cook a little less than ¼ cup of quinoa
– Sweet potatoes (1 cup)
– Chickpeas (1 cup)
o Cook the sweet potatoes and chickpeas together on a sheet pan. Use olive oil as the base and season with whatever you like best. I also used cinnamon on the sweet potatoes. Cook at 400 foe 20 minutes
– Hard boiled egg
– ¼ avocado
– Lime
– Feta cheese
– Carrot straws
– Steak (optional)
PASTA BOWL INGRIDIENDS:
– 1 cup of quinoa pasta (from publix)
– Organic red sauce and add cilantro
– Salad on the side: lettuce, hard boiled egg, cucumber, carrot straws, feta, balsamic vinaigrette
