Hey guys! You’ve been asking me to post about my CURRENT diet for a while, so here it is!! Through the video I explain what my day is like and how I still manage to fit in all my meals. We can make excuses all day long but the reality is, no matter how busy our schedule is there is ALWAYS a solution to making things you want badly HAPPEN!
**Note that in the video you wont see salads but I explain that I usually combine them all in one big salad at the end of the day and I figured that they weren’t that interesting to show! The important thing is to ensure that I eat all the macros below before the day ends**
Meal 1
