I awkwardly hate Splenda too much. And Stevia and NutriSweet and Sweet ‘N Low and Xylitol and Aspartame… And well, I ranted about it. This is my first tip and the biggest step I think you can take when starting your journey towards being superhuman and healthy and fit and awesome.
