If you love to train kettlebell snatch then here is a full body workout for you.
10 different variations of the kettlebell snatch so its basically a Kettlebell Snatch Decathlon.
Here are a few ways to structure this fun full body workout as the exercises are just demonstrated about 5 reps each side.
A. TIME. You could use a timer and do 30 to 90 seconds on each side with equal rest periods. with only 30 secs of work that would make one 10 exercise round last 15 minutes or so. Therefore you could do 3 rounds that would take 45 minutes.
You could also do 1 minute each side with 1 minute rest between. one round would last 30 minutes. it just depends on your goal and ability level.
B. NO REST VERSION This is basically how I filmed this was to do 5 reps with each side for 10 exercises. i can’t remember exactly but it was around 10 min total i think? You could do several rounds of that, If i did this with a 24 or 28 kb bell it would take much longer.
That’s up to you and your ability.
C. REP CHALLENGE VERSION. We all know how the internet loves reps challenges.
You could do 10 reps of each side and end up with 200 reps for 1 round. Lighter weight and do more per side etc. Hell you could find a way to do 1000 reps of snatch if it suited you.

Either way it was a fun full body kettlebell workout and very different from flows, complexes, kettlebell sport or anything else I’ve seen in a while. It’s really for those who love to snatch and don’t want to be bored doing so!!
