Mom of 4 Fitness Motivation

Becoming a mom at 16 isn’t something everyone can relate to, having your whole life stopped at a young age in order to provide life to another. I strongly believe that everything happens for a reason, if it wasn’t for that little girl, I wouldn’t be who I am today!

Fitness has always been a big part of my life, embracing the idea of clean eating, promoting a healthy life style but most of all, expressing the challenge that you can do whatever you want by taking your limits and crushing them threw every last set that you didn’t think you had in you.

Being a mom of 4 beautiful children presents a certain amount of limits within yourself, by taking your schedule and turning it upside down. Trying to find every minute you can have for you, trying to find yourself again.

Through everything I’ve gone through I now use my strength to help other, it’s a shame for a woman to grow old without ever seeing the strength and beauty of witch her body is capable

There are no excuses, I strongly believe that
you can become whatever you want. “Cant” is not a word, it’s just a weakness!
