Meal Prepping for Beginners! (24 meals for 2)

Recipe:
Turkey Patties
1.5 pounds of turkey (vegan option: mashed broccoli, zucchini, or cauliflower)
1/2 onions
1/2 cup Parsley
2 tsp pf olive oil
salt pepper
2 tsp sriracha
1 Lime
1-2 cups of bread crumbs (make sure the mixture isn’t wet or it will not hold)
2.5 cups of White rice

Chicken Fajita
4 chicken breasts
2 bell peppers
1 container of cherry tomatoes
1 cup of cilantro
2.5 cups of rice
1 can of black beans
1 lime
salt, pepper
cheese (optional)
lime wedges

Chicken and Veggies
4 chicken breasts
8-10 small potatoes (peeled and cubed)
bag of baby carrots (or 4 big carrots)
1 head of broccoli

Turkey Mac and Cheese
3 boxes of Annie White Cheddar Mac/Cheese
1/2 onion
1 serrano
1.5 pounds of ground turkey
1 lime
salt, pepper
VEGAN Alternative: Noodles, kidney beans, cooked veggies, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, cilantro
