Kettlebell and Bodyweight Full Body Workout (FOLLOW ALONG)
8 Exercise Single Kettlebell Circuit
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds rest. After you are complete, rest for one minute and repeat for 2 to 4 rounds.

1. Kettlebell Goblet Squats
2. Push Ups
3. Alternating One Arm Kettlebell Swings
4. Burpees
5. Alternating KB Dead Cleans
6. Mountain Climbers
7. Alternating Kettlebell Dead Snatches
8. KB Goblet Alternating Reverse Lunge
