Ketogenic diet is a low carb diet that aims to burn pure fat from your body ultimately resulting in weight loss and an amazing figure. I have been doing Ketogenic diet for the past 7 months and this video is the most highly requested one on my channel so far. Now just to be clear I am not a physician or a dietitian or even a physical trainer so obviously this video is based on my personal experience and research.
