She is the secret to Katrina Kaif’s hot body, which obviously we are a fan of. She has been training the actress for over six years now.
Yasmin talks to Pinkvilla exclusively and shares the actress’ workout regime with us.

The celebrity trainer revealed Katrina’s favourite workout regime which is the combination of four exercises. The workout called Tabata Circuit Training is the combination of four exercises, which is done for 30 seconds each with four to five repeats.
She even showed the four exercises starting with the “figure eight using a kettle bell”. The next is the “box jump” exercise and she showed the three sizes of boxes that can be used according to the convenience. Next up was “forward lunge using med ball twist”. A med ball between 1 kg to 5 kg can be used to do it depending on your fitness and strength level.

The last exercise is the “spiderman climb”. This is Katrina favourite exercise.

This regime gets your heart rate up and it strengthens you.
