So I found some unused footage that I shot for my recent Budo video ( and I though it would be a pity not to actually use it. Then I got this idea to make a video where I’d share some of my favorite techniques with you guys so I took the camera and made some more scenes.

The purpose of this video is not to show off and it’s not any kind of showreel. There are people who complain about not having a gym or a fitness centre around, or that it’s too expensive etc. Even though I believe it’s a good thing, I don’t go there because my gym is the nature. I love this silence, just birds singing, leaves rustling in the wind. There is everything you need to do various exercises. I tried to demonstrate my favorite ones that I do in the nature with only the things you find there, no special tools etc.

Since I’ve trained karate for years, I adapted my workout and stretching to it as well so here I present you some exercises that I believe would be useful for any karate practitioner. I hope you’ll find some of them interesting and that I’ll be able to somehow help you by this video in your training. Osu!
