“Dancing with the Stars” judge Julianne Hough doesn’t stay fit by accident, and she’s sharing some of her health wisdom on a new blog announced on Instagram this month.

“I wanted to design a space where I could connect with you all and talk about the things I’m most passionate about,” she wrote on Instagram, “like staying healthy, recipes, style, home décor and friendship.”

It’s an ambitious undertaking, but the blog has a number of regular posts — including a recipe for “easy peasy pizza” and a fruit juice recommendation that notes the health benefits of green apple, carrot, cucumber and parsley.

“What I now refer to as ‘Gorgeous Juice’ is so delish that I drink it sometimes twice a day!” Hough wrote. “Going beyond the superficial, the ingredients are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that improve your overall health. As a bonus, my skin is definitely getting its glow on. Who knew science could be so refreshing?”

JulianneHough.com is a fittingly diverse representation of the dancer, singer, and actress who twice won ABC’s “Dancing with the Stars” and herself starred in the 2011 remake of “Footloose.”

When she’s not dishing on healthy options like a “spring salad with strawberry and avocado,” she’s offering practical advice for getting rid of bedhead or soliciting help from readers in a bid to tidy up her closet. She also featured advice from her personal trainer packaged as five “on -the-go tips to stay fit.”
