To hit my macro targets this week, I meal prepped Fit Men Cook (Kevin Curry) recipes; a low carb Healthy Creamy Shrimp pasta and a one-skillet paella. The healthy shrimp pasta uses spaghetti squash instead of pasta to make this a low carb recipe that is extremely macro friendly. Watch me cook these recipes up and then taste test them.
I traveled a bit over the weekend and had to eat out which was harder than I thought. I also logged my weekly weigh-in and have to make the decision to stop my reverse diet and start slow steady weight loss or continue on the reverse diet.
