Some people prefer to work out at home. If you are one of those people, look at all the things I have in my home gym that you can find at many local retail stores.

As I trim back down, I will share educational and anecdotal information about my health and nutrition. Currently, I have fibromyalgia, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, carpel tunnel, (temporomandibular joint dysfunction (TMJ), L5 S5 arthritis, and L5 S1 disc rupture.
