Hey Babies! For today’s Fitness Friday I found some lost and long forgotten footage sharing how I use to meal prep. I decided to share it anyway, although I’ve changed my eating habits since this video toward a plant-based lifestyle. Still, I was in the best shape of my life at that time and training very hard and heavy, balancing my nutrition and focusing on protein intake as well as weight loss! I was squatting 140lbs which is to this day my max weight (I’ve always been scared to go any higher since I train alone!), and super fit. I was meal prepping once a week, every week. I hope this video is helpful and I hope my commentaries as I looked back on my younger self make you laugh! xoxo
