Basmati Rice 3 Cups
Shrimp 1 Lb.
Onion Medium 1
Jalapeno Pepper 1
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 Tsp.
Carrot Diced 1 Cup
Broccoli 2 Cups
Colored Bell Pepper 1 Cup
Mushroom 1 Cup
Red Cabbage 1 Cup
Eggs 3
Soy Sauce 2 Tbls.
Sesame Seed Oil 1/2 Tsp.
Salt 2 Tsp.
Molasses 1 Tsp.
Vinegar 1/2 Cup
Seaweed (optional) 1 Tbls.
Description:
First boil the rice with 1 tsp. salt, in a fry pan add 1 Tbls. oil and fry onion take out from pan and add 1Tbls. oil and fry red cabbage until completely cooked take out from the pan and clean the pan with paper towel or wash it, add 1 Tbls. oil in the pan and fry the eggs very lightly. add little salt and pepper in the eggs. cut in small pieces. take out from pan and add 2 Tbls. oil and fry shrimp and add little salt and ginger garlic paste. When done take out from pan and add all vegetables one by one first put carrot and jalapeno. add little salt fry till done, separate from pan, add 2 Tbls. oil and add fry onion add molasses and little vinegar mix it, and add cooked rice and fry on low heat then add rest of the vinegar and sesame oil and soy sauce mix every thing good then start adding vegetable, shrimp & scrambled egg. mix every thing good its done and take out in a dish and garnish red cabbage around the dish so it stay separate from rice and the cabbage color dont mix in the rice and people who like this cabbage they pick from the side and put seaweed in the middle so who ever like this pick from the middle. I sprinkle seaweed (optional) on top if somebody like pick it from the top.
