This Brad’s Cookbook recipe is another quick and easy snack, that you can take on the go, that literally takes 3 minutes to make. It may not sound that good, but trust me, when you put these 3 simple ingredients together, it’s delicious.

So please don’t be turned off by the thought of cabbage tuna salad, especially since the added flavor from the sesame oil is amazing. Trust me on this one. It’s delicious.

Here’s all you need to make this healthy tuna salad recipe for weight loss.

Healthy Tuna Salad Recipe For Weight Loss
Prep Time: 3 minutes
Cook Time: 0 minutes
Servings : 2

INGREDIENTS:
– 2 cups purple cabbage (shredded, diced or grated)
– 2 cans tuna (drained white tuna)
– 2 tbsp sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS
1. Add 2 cups of the grated purple cabbage, 2 cans of drained white tuna, and 2 tbsp of sesame oil to a big mixing bowl.
2. Mix it all together.
3. That is it. You’re done.
4. Grab your tupperware, dish yourself a serving of the crunchy cabbage tuna salad, then you’re ready to go.
