Breakfast,

take 2 boiled eggs and 1 plate of Cucumber salad,

Eat plums or apple before lunch , and it should be less than 200 gm weight,

Lunch,

For lunch take some pices of brown bread and a plate of cucumber salad.
How to make cucumber salad,

To make tasty and healthy cucumber salad, all you need the following.
400 gm cucumber,
200 ml curd,
Salt and onion,

Steps do salad,
Cut cucumber into small pieces and put some salt into that and mix it well add curd and onion and do mixing again, salad is ready.

Evening Snack,

Dinner,
