Green + Grain Bowl Recipe:
Spring Mix
Quinoa
Chicken or Shrimp (cooked in Chili Powder, Paprika, Pink Himalayan Salt, Pepper)
Fresh Grapefruit
Avocado
Red Onion
Jalapeno
Chopped Pistachios
Fresh Lime Juice

Jalapeno Vinaigrette Recipe: (I remade a couple days later & made a couple minor adjustments!)
2 Jalapenos
2/3 cup Olive Oil
1 tbsp Honey
2 Freshly Squeezed Limes
1 tbsp Primal Kitchen Avocado Oil Mayo
1/2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
2 Garlic Gloves
Small Handful Fresh Basil
Pink Himalayan Salt & Pepper to Taste

Smoothie Recipe:
1/2 cup Frozen Mixed Berries
1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt
2 tbsp Plain Greek Yogurt
1 tsp Maca Powder
2-3 Ice Cubes
Fill the rest of the blender cup up with Unsweetened Almond Milk
