Get the pan ready! The Protein Power Patty is one of my ‘go to’ all time favorites, where feeding my body great fuel is concerned.

The Protein Power Patty can be created with as many variations of protein and other ingredients as you can imagine. I like to keep it relatively simple, with a handful of ingredients at the most. But the Protein Power Patty makes for a simple, straight-forward meal that’ll keep your hunger at bay, while simultaneously giving your muscle the necessary building blocks to heal and repair as you rotate from muscle group to muscle group.

THE FITNESS RESPONSE:

I published ‘The Fitness Response’ in 2012 to explain Why individuals in the the fitness world are able to reliably and predictably change their physical bodies with a high level of certainty…while most individuals struggle to lose weight and change their bodies.

What I came to understand is that those individuals who we often identify as being lean, fit or muscularly defined, live a lifestyle that most of us don’t. They live in a manner which makes changing the body a predictable, formulaic process that anyone can follow to change the body as well.

This is the 3rd video in a series that was recorded to transmit the ideas and concepts described in ‘The Fitness Response,’ into a visual format. Though the recording was done on a lower quality device (the Flip Video Camera) than we have at our disposal with today’s smartphones, the concepts taught in this series are still relevant as a means to change and improve one’s health and overall physique.
