Hey Everyone! It’s been a long time coming but I FINALLY did a video covering EVERYTHING I did to lose over 100 pounds! I get so many questions about my journey and how I got started, so I wanted to lay it ALL out in video form.

2. How I got started, including the foods I cut out my diet and how I began exercising.

I have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (aka PCOS) and I am a mom of 2 boys 11 months apart in age. I grew up overweight and hit my highest weight after having my 2nd son.
