Today, I am going to share one of my all time favorite delicious salad recipe that will make you high on protein and also satisfy your tummy as well as tongue without using any protein powder or supplements. This High Protein Salad is easy to make and can be prepared within minutes.

Ingredients:
0% Fat Organic Greek Yogurt (200 g)
4 Eggs ( 2 Whole Eggs + 2 Egg Whites)
1 Cucumber (Chopped)
1 Tomato (Chopped)
1 Onion (Chopped)
Low-Fat Cottage Cheese (Paneer) (100 g)
Salt and Chaat Masala to Taste

For Garnishing (Optional)
1 Pomegranate
1 Apple
Mango Slices (Half Mango)
