The turkey satay recipe is a rapid and super-tasty meal that was created by my buddy Tom when he was travelling in Indonesia last year.
If you’re a peanut butter fan then this one will be right up your street.
Here’s How To Make The High Protein Turkey Satay
1. Heat the coconut oil in a pan on a medium to high heat.
2. Add the ginger, garlic and chili (use more or less chili depending on how hot you like it) and gently fry for a minute.
3. Add the sliced turkey and cook for around 10 minutes until cooked through
4. Add the baby corn, spring onions and mangetout and cook for a further 2-3 minutes
5. Add the peanut butter, fish sauce and water and mix through, continue to stir and mix through and cook for a couple of minutes before serving.
