Healthy Steamed Lauki Wadi-Ayurvedic-diet recipes

Lauki(bottle gourd) peeled, blanched and grated – 1 small
Besan (gram flour) – ½ cup
Nachni flour (ragi flour) – 2 tbsp
Soya bean flour – 2 tbsp
Green Chilli chopped – 3 no
Ginger and garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Hing – ½ tsp
Soda – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Spring onion chopped – 2tbsp
Dahi – 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander – 1 /2 tbsp
Oil – 1tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Curry leaves – 8-10 nos

Method
In a bowl add besan, soya flour, nachni flour, turmeric powder, chopped green chilli , ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, curd , soda, coriander leaves , spring onion chopped and mix together
Grease a tray with little oil and place the mixture in it and spread evenly
Now heat the steamer and steam the mixture for 5-10 mints or until cooked
Check by inserting the knife and remove it.
Now cut it into desire shape .
For tempering: – Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves saute for ½ mint.
Pour the tempering on the wadi and serve hot.
