A question I always get from you guys is how to consistently eat healthy and find time to make healthy meals! Honestly, eating healthy and prepping meals for the week does not have to be so stressful!
Focus on buying foods that are whole & nutritious. If you don’t buy it and if it is not in the house, you will not eat it! It is as simple as that. Have a plan and don’t stray away from that plan while in the grocery store.
I probably use my Crockpot every week. It is SO easy to just throw a bunch of items in there to make a healthy, delicious meal! If you do not have one, INVEST in one! They will make your life so so much easier!
