Healthy Dessert Recipes for Sugar Cravings || Tasty Tuesday || PCOS Diet

Hey everyone! I hope you guys enjoyed this video and find it helpful! I know it’s hard to find healthy, sweet snacks that you can have and that wont affect your body negatively! Black Bean Brownies(original recipe):
*I changed 1/4 cup of coconut oil to 1/4 fat free greek yogurt.

Cinnamon Protein Balls(original recipe):
*I changed the 8 tsp of egg whites to 1 egg. Also, for icing I changed cream cheese to fat free greek yogurt. I did not use filling I just combined filling and icing together and used both as icing.

Chocolate Protein Cookies(original recipe):
*I added 1 scoop of protein powder to this recipe!
