❗Easy and super tasty Tandoori Chicken! ?

⚠️Here’s what you need: ✔️

1kg chicken thigh boneless (wash, clean & drain it dry)
2 tspn salt
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tspn cumin powder
2 tspn chili powder (I would recommend 2 or more)
4 tbsp curd
2 tbsp kasuri methi
Red food coloring (optional)
Half lime

(Sorry about the confusion – you can add the ingredients in ANY order)

Finally mix thoroughly and keep over night in the fridge.?

Preheat the oven – 225°C for 20 minutes
Coat the dish with coconut oil (not more than 1tbsp)
Once the oven is ready put the meat it at 225°C for 45 minutes.

Macros per serving (200g)✔️
Protein – 49g
Fats – 12g
Carbs – 3g
