Workout

5 minutes activation

1) Barbell hip thrusts – 5×8-10 reps
2) Knee banded hip thrust set x 2:
1 banded hip thrust — 1 top hip thrust abduction
2 banded hip thrusts — 2 top hip thrust abductions.
3…4…5… work your way up until you physically cannot do anymore!
3) Goblet squat pulses – 4×10 reps
4) Knee banded dumbbell feet elevated glute bridge – 4×12 reps
5) Dumbbell stiff leg deadlift – 3×10 reps

Finisher: x2/3
1) Knee banded wide stance glute bridge – 10 reps
2) Top glute bridge abductions – 20 reps
3) Bottom glute bridge abduction – 30 reps
4) Lateral walks – 40 reps
