Breakfast – A hit of fruit with oats, flaxseed and chia seed accompanied by an omelette four egg whites and protein shake beaten with water.
Lunch – A raw salad seasoned only with a teaspoon of olive oil and foods such as broccoli, cauliflower and zucchini at ease.
Dinner – A a lighter meal with an omelet made with six accompanied whites a raw salad at will.
