I Have sat here for probably 20 min trying to write a caption for this video.

I really cant come up with anything more to say than the truth.
.
You know the story: The guy who has everything going for him but is miserable.
.
Miserable to the point of hopelessness.
.
It was a life or death crossroads.
.
And Im being very literal when I say that.
.
I had amazing friends & family.
Regardless of all the “success” I had in life I still hated the person I saw in the mirror.
.
That person was a liar, a bullshitter and a con man….not to the outside world…
.
To me. Only me.
.
He preached all this shit about success and winning yet…look at him.
.
Zero discipline.
.
Zero commitment.
.
Zero confidence.
.
Zero worth.
.
This didn’t come from some societal standard that skinny or fit people are better.
.
It came from KNOWING I wasnt all I could be…I was leaving nearly everything in the tank.
.
I was barely trying.
.
I made a decision that year to go all in on life and my life has been 10000x better in every area for it.
.
It means a lot to me to EARN the respect of my friends. I dont take it for granted. I try to earn it daily.
