MEAL 01
Tofu 150 gm with veggies

MEAL 02
Mixed Bean Salad ( 2 big katori ), add onion, tomato, chilly, dhaniya, lemon- Enjoy

MEAL 03
Soya chunks ki sabzi (30gm uncooked)- add veggies

MEAL 04
2 tbsp peanut butter
3 site wheat bread
(Make a sandwich)

Meal 5 (post workout)
40 gm Whey
3 slice white bread

Meal 6
Paneer 150 gm with veggies (sautee’)
OR
Greek Yogurt – 2 katori + 1 tbsp Peanut butter

Total Protein – 117 gm
