Hey Guys this is my new video on top five fitness tips for beginners.
by beginners means you have 100% potential to kickstart your fitness journey.
here are my top 5 tips that will help you…
Tip 1: MAKE YOUR MINDSET…
Your mind is the most powerfull tool in your body , your success depends upon channeling its power..
make fitness your HABIT not GOAL this not a RACE.
Accept yourself you are just started your fitness life and i dont want you to get injured
* dont lift too much heavy weights that will cause muscle injury..

TIP 2 : MAINTAIN YOUR GYMBAG.
Get yourself a TRENDY GYMBAG , flaunt your dignity
stop shedding your stinky sweat here and there like a hippoptamus.
Things to carry..
1. A water Bottle.
2. A Hand towel.
3. A Fresh Tshirt ( Stop hanging around with sweaty wet clothes on).
4. A Hand Sanitiser ( Atleast keep your personal hygene).
5. A Pair of Gloves / Cricket Bat Grip (cut it horizontaly),
6. A Deodrant (must in summers).
7. A Workout Log ( Don’t get your self confused by broscience always maintain yourself a log to keep track of your workout)
8. A Timer ( To keep tracks )…

Tip 3 : HOW TO START YOUR WORKOUT.
Always start with warmup watch some youtube videos
Rope skipping , Jumping Jacks , Arm Rotation , squats…

Then Go complex muscle exercise , ( BASIC BODY WEIGHT EXERCISE)..
Pushups , Pullups ,Lunges , Squats , Parallel bar Dips ,Planks … hit different muscle groups in shorter period of time.
* NEVER FORGET TO STRETCH AFTER WORKOUT..

Tip 4 : Heal your muscle soreness naturalyy without popping brufens and finacs , apply ARNICA OIL, shock treatment alternatvely forment it with HOT and CHilled Water…. Vitamin C Rich Diet Oranges , Lemon Water etc…

Tip 5: start your day with carb rich diet .. eggs with bread , oats , dryfruits, veggies, ragi , millets , rava idli …
for initial days supply yourself with loads of energy ..
dont worry about 5 meals a day etc etc … later On I will give a brief video on how to plan your diet ..
