So we LOVE the gym! It’s a very important part of our lives! Firstly it bought us together! Story time on that another video… Honestly we have come so far physically thanks to the gym we feel stronger, faster and way more confident in ourselves thanks to our healthy lifestyle. Don’t get us wrong we have days we don’t want to go or we want to lay in bed and eat ice cream sundaes but 99% of the time we are doing what’s best for our bodies and mind and that’s well getting off our asses and putting in the work both at the gym and in the kitchen.
Take it from us, after 21 days of building this as a habit it will easily become your favorite part of the day!
